It is right to give you thanks, Creator of all, for your voice alone brought light and life to birth when all began. You called each one of us to be, and named us with the name that you alone could speak.

Tu llamaste a nosotr@s a amar la creación, y a querer a otros como tu nos quieres a nosotr@s. Pero traicionamos tu confianza, y así fuimos victimas del engaño. You called us to be lovers of creation, and to care for each other as you had cared for us. But we betrayed your trust — and we in turn became the victims of betrayal. 14.06.01 Easter 7A Reflection

Yes. I have always tried to find myself a church. I have studied everything. I spent some time with Zen Buddhism and Judaism and I spent some time with Islam. I am a religious person. It is my spirit, but I found that I really want to be a Christian. That is what my spirit seems to be built on. I just know that I find the teachings of Christ so accessible. I really believe that Christ made a sacrifice and for those reasons I want to be a Christian. But what kind, I don't know. I don't know what time of day I am at.

When we were dead in our sins, God made us alive with Christ.

From now on, therefore, we regard no one from a human point of view; even though we once knew Christ from a human point of view, we know him no longer in that way. So if anyone is in Christ, there is a new creation: everything old has passed away; see, everything has become new! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation; that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting the message of reconciliation to us. What have we as commendation,

sent to speak, as speak we must?

Love will be our global language,

Affirmation-Meditation in words of Maya Angelou

Courage is the most important of all the virtues, because without courage you can't practice any other virtue consistently. You can practice any virtue erratically, but nothing consistently without courage.

We may encounter many defeats but we must not be defeated.

I believed that there was a God because I was told it by my grandmother and later by other adults. But when I found that I knew not only that there was God but that I was a child of God, when I understood that, when I comprehended that, more than that, when I internalized that, ingested that, I became courageous.

Love recognizes no barriers. It jumps hurdles, leaps fences, penetrates walls to arrive at its destination full of hope.

Love is that condition in the human spirit so profound that it allows me to survive, and better than that, to thrive with passion, compassion, and style.

Laugh as often as possible. You must. Because the world will offer you every reason to weep. So as often as possible, you laugh. That, I think, is part of the Great Love.

I believe that each of us comes from the creator trailing wisps of glory.

Nothing can dim the light which shines from within.

While I know myself as a creation of God, I am also obligated to realize and remember that everyone else and everything else are also God's creation.

Listen to yourself and in that quietude you might hear the voice of God.

There is no place where God is not.

It's a wonderful thing to know that there is something greater than I am, and that is God itself.
